To maintain your daily practice of mindfulness we facilitate groups meeting on a fortnightly basis, so that you can reconcile the practice with your day-to-day activities. This will help you to improve your stress levels and truly advance along your path to self-development. Mindfulness is no more than being present in the here and now and enjoying life without fixation, rejection or indifference, being completely alive and connected to life.
We all know that it is difficult to keep up our daily practice at home alone, therefore it is necessary to seek support in group activities where, furthermore, we can find the help and warmth of others who share the same path. Do not forget that achieving full awareness requires a very deep cultivation of the practice, otherwise you will not be able to enjoy its benefits. It takes approximately a year of continuous practice to observe the first advantages, and thus little by little to feel encouraged to delve deeper. You will find that you feel less tired, and that your stress has reduced considerably. Just dedicate a little time each day to observing yourself in silence and you will find great nutrition in those moments of solitude.
