This is very extensive and covers all the spheres of interest. Through this first approach, you will learn to transform your negative emotions, increase your vitality and take better decisions. There is nothing better than Tao to help us find our inner energy and reach truly deep meditative states and plunge into the depths of our being, to realise what we really are.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Connecting directly with our energy, rather than reaching it through rituals, rites or prayers, will show us unknown paths that, without being mystic, will lead us to higher levels of awareness and fulfilment. With energy, we will be open to a wide range of infinite possibilities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The course will help you to improve the quality of your thoughts, your decisions, and your relationships, first of all with yourself and then with others. Thanks to these practices, moreover, we can transform negative emotions, raise our levels of vital energy and increase our degree of awareness.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It represents the opportunity to become initiated in the lineage of ancestral practices of Tao and to begin to heal our connection, and that of our whole family structure, with Mother Earth, home of the source of abundance at all levels. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>&#8220;To the mind that is still, the whole universe surrenders&#8221;<\/em>.
